I absolutely love this smoothie, I've been making it for years. It can be thrown together in a matter of minutes and is full of healthy fats, protein and greens to nourish your body and give you lasting energy.

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend together until smooth. Pour into a glass jar and enjoy! Sometimes if I feel like being fancy I may top mine with raw cacao nibs and goji berries for some crunch.

Hi Natalie, I can tolerate A2 milk, can I use that instead of Almond milk in this smoothie recipe? I don’t like store bought almond milk and I don’t have time to make my own.
