Signs Your Blood Sugar Is Out Of Balance

Managing blood sugar = vibrant health and optimal energy! It’s essential for balanced hormones, better weight management, stable energy levels, less cravings, better sleep, more balanced moods, a healthier pregnancy (reduce changes of GD), increased fertility, healthy aging, reduce chances of diabetes and other metabolic challenges, and so much more!

Here are a few signs you may have if your blood sugar is out of whack:

– feeling hungry 2 hours after a meal
– afternoon energy crashes
– afternoon cravings for sweets or coffee
– trouble shifting weight
– high HBA1C
– you’ve got hormonal imbalances, like PCOS, irregular cycles, PMS
– you get “hangry”
– feeling sleeping after eating
– trouble staying asleep during the night
– brain fog
– mood imbalances and anxiety
– you get crazy sugar or carb cravings
– acne flare ups
– feeling fine one minute then all of a sudden feeling shaky or nauseous

If you can relate to any (or many) of the above, that’s your body giving you a sign that your blood sugar is out of balance and needs some attention. Blood sugar play such a massive role with our health and how we feel on a daily basis.

Your body doesn’t like to go on constant rollercoaster ride, with high glucose spikes, which are closely followed by big drops in blood sugar. This creates all sorts of havoc inside our bodies, especially when it happens over a pro-longed period of time, aka many years eating a diet not supportive of blood sugar.

Our bodies likes smooth rolling waves of blood sugar, not peaks and troughs. Blood sugar will direcly affect your health from your moods, energy levels, cravings, sleep, weight balance, hormonal health and so much more. So it’s kind of a big deal.
