I believe in a wholefoods approach to good health, focusing on simple strategies for modern, busy people. My approach is practical, evidenced based and is shaped by many of my own experiences, which is all about creating balance in life.

I don’t believe in fad diets or quick-fixes, rather simple changes that you can make which suit your lifestyle, and are sustainable, effective, enjoyable and long-lasting.

I have a holistic approach in the way I work, and addresses health goals and concerns by looking at all aspects in your life with nutrition as well as lifestyle factors. I assess clients past and previous health history, and what may be the underlying cause to their health concern. I review my clients diet diary (sent prior to the appointment), discuss lifestyle habits (sleep habits, stress analysis, exercise patterns), which may be contributing to health concerns, analyse clients presenting symptoms/conditions, review supplements (if taking any).

When we work together you’ll learn to know your body, understand what works best for YOU and what doesn’t. I’m all about balance, so I’ll teach you how you can create balance within your life, strategies to make cooking and healthy living as simple as possible, motivate, inspire and educate you to take control of your health and value your health.

Weight Management

I will help you get to the root cause of what may be holding you back from reaching your ideal weight, whether that is weight loss, healthy weight gain or weight stabilization.

Digestive Complaints

I can assist you with all forms of digestive upsets, including bloating and gas, constipation and diarrhoea, reflux, indigestion, IBS, candida, leaky gut and other gut issues.

Energy

I can assist you with increasing energy levels, balancing blood sugar levels, overcoming fatigue and/or chronic fatigue and reducing food cravings to have sustained energy levels.

Speciality Diet & Allergies

I can assist you with following: vegan and vegetarian diets, paleo, FODMAP, breaking sugar addiction, food allergies, cholesterol concerns, diabetes concerns, reducing inflammation, auto immune paleo diet. 

Skin Issues

I can assist you with getting to the root cause of what is triggering your skin conditions, whether that be improving acne, psorisis or eczema.

Customized Health Care Plan

Through an in-dept one-on-one consultation I am able to put together a customised health care plan which is realistic, simple and easy to follow. It will include key diet and lifestyle points to focus on, a meal plan, delicious easy recipes, a recommended supplement protocol (if required) and any other relevant information handouts related to your health goals/health conditions, all tailored to you.

What to expect from your Initial consultation?

An initial consultation gives you 60-minutes of one-on-one time with Natalie. This consultation will entail an in-depth health assessment which will cover your full health history, medical history, current symptoms, dietary analysis, lifestyle analysis, supplement analysis (if taking any), plus review any recent blood tests. A holistic approach is taken to help Natalie establish what may be the underlying cause of your health concern.

You will receive a personalised plan to help you reach your health goals. This will include nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, customised meal plan, helpful take-home information sheets related to your health goals/health challenges, recipe ideas, supplement recommendations (if required).

What to expect from your follow up appointment?

A 30-minute appointment with Natalie to discuss and track your progress and make adjustments to your health plan if necessary. This appointment helps to hold you accountable for your health and gives you further support and guidance on your health journey. If lifestyle issues impact your journey, I’m here to provide you with ways to overcome any obstacles you may face.
