If you’ve been following me on Instagram lately you’ll more than likely know that I’ve been obsessed with waffles. I recently got a waffle maker and don’t know why I didn’t get one sooner! I wanted to share with you some simple recipes that I’ve been enjoying for breakfast recently. These waffles make a yummy, quick and nutritious breakfast option (they are great for kids too)! They are all really high in fibre which is great to support bowel health and blood sugar levels.
