If your anything like me then you’ll love a big cuppa hot chocolate on these chilly winter days. This isn’t your usual recipe which is loaded with sugar and dairy, it’s a superfood packed recipe full of deliciousness to satisfy your sweet tooth.

This recipe has recently become a favourite of mine. It’s super luscious and contains real food ingredients plus it’s packed with so much goodness. It’s the perfect mid-morning or afternoon pick me up which will warm your insides and make you feel amazing all season long.

Ingredients:

 1 tbsp raw cacao powder
 1 tsp maca powder
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 1 tbsp coconut oil
 Pinch sea salt
 Pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
 1.5 cups unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk

Method:

Add all ingredients into a small saucepan, whisk together. Heat on stove over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Serve immediately, enjoy!
