A nourishing breakfast option for anyone wanting to change up their breakfast meal. This matcha chia pudding is high in superfoods that will nourish your skin from the inside out. It’s high in healthy fats which are well known for their skin loving abilities from the avocado and chia seeds. Healthy fats are also important for cell development and growth, hormone production, mood regulation, reduced inflammation and proper brain function. It also contain matcha powder which is high in antioxidants that promotes smoother and more supple skin due to its ability to rejuvenate skin cells and support skin structure.

Ingredients:

 4 tbsp chia seeds
 20 grams of collagen protein
 2 tsp matcha powder
 ½ avocado
 ½ tsp vanilla extract
 1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
 1 tsp honey (optional)
 Topping options: handful of berries, cacao nibs, coconut flakes, chopped nuts/seeds, coconut yoghurt

Method:

Into a blender add plant-based milk, collagen, matcha, avocado, honey, vanilla extract and blend together until smooth.

Pour mixture over the chia seeds, give it a stir and let this sit overnight.

In the morning top with your desired toppings.
