Hi, just wondering if you can use brewers yeast instead of nutritional yeast? What is the difference between them? Thanks!
And also can you bake these and freeze them? 🙂
Yes absolutely. I have frozen batches of these numerous times 🙂
You sure can. Brewers yeast is more for breast milk, but I didn’t have any on hand to add in while making this recipe, so I’m not sure what it’ll taste like but I’m sure it’ll be fine 🙂 nutritional yeast is a good source of B vitamins and other nutrients to support good health.
Can I use regular sugar instead of coconut sugar? And oat flour instead of coconut flour?
Yes, if you wanted to use regular sugar instead of coconut sugar that will work. Oat flour however won’t wont as a replacement for coconut flour as generally you need more oat flour in a recipe compared to coconut flour, as coconut flour soaks up a lot of liquid, so you need less quantity.
