Ingredients:

 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
 1/4 cup ground flaxseeds
 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
 1/2 cup coconut sugar
 2 eggs
 1/2 tsp sea salt
 1/8 tsp baking powder
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 1-2 tsp ground or whole fenugreek seeds
 1/4 cup coconut flour
 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Method:

Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.

In a medium sized mixing bowl add in melted coconut oil, ground flaxseeds, nutritional yeast, raw cacao powder, coconut sugar, eggs, salt, baking soda, vanilla extract, fenugreek and mix together until well combined.

Add in coconut flour and chocolate chips and stir to combine.

Scoop out one heaped tablespoon of the mixture onto the lined baking paper and bake for 10 minutes.
