This three seed porridge is quick to make and high in protein and healthy fats to kick start your day and balance your blood sugar levels right from the get-go! It's also very high in fibre to support bowel health and elimination.
Place chia seeds, flaxseeds, protein powder, milk into a small saucepan or frypan and stir together continuously for 3-4 minutes until the mixture forms a thick texture (add more liquid if needed).
Pour porridge into a bowl and top with hemp seeds, berries, tahini or nut butter.
