This delicious wee combo is different, but yummy! It's a nice breakfast to make when you feel like something different but quick. The reason I recommend using paleo bread is because it's high in protein, and when starting the day it's good to have a breakfast that contains a good amount of protein to help stabilize blood sugar levels and keep energy levels high. You could also enjoy this as a snack.

Ingredients:

 2 slices of paleo bread
 2 tbsp almond butter
 2 tbsp coconut or greek yoghurt
 1 small handful of blueberries

Toast the bread in a toaster

Top toast with yoghurt, almond butter and blueberries (I smashed mine into the toast a little)
