I’m all about food first, but sometimes our bodies can do with additional support via supplementation to ensure we feel amazing. It’s also really hard to get all the nutrients we need for great health through our diet because we lack minerals in our soil, a lot of us lead active lifestyles which deplete us further (stress, worry, anxiety and ‘busyness’ deplete certain nutrients in our bodies, so does exercise and alcohol), so unless you’re eating 100% organic, eat 10 servings of veggies per day and have great gut health to absorb it we need to chat!
Also, there are so many supplements out there now, it can be very confusing and overwhelming knowing which supplement is right for you.
