What To Expect During Your Initial Consultation
This is an in-depth fact-finding session, where I assess clients past and previous health history, and what may be the underlying cause to their health concern. I review the clients diet diary (sent prior to the appointment), discuss lifestyle habits (sleep habits, stress analysis, exercise patterns), which may be contributing to health concerns, analyse clients presenting symptoms/conditions, review supplements (if taking any). Measurements may be taken (where appropriate) by tape measurement and/or bioelectrical impedance body fat analysis.

A detailed and easy to follow nutrition and lifestyle plan. This is a personalised plan which includes recommended dietary and lifestyle changes targeted towards your health goals
A personalised meal plan (we’ll discuss together the type of meal plan best suited for you)
Relevant information sheets related to your health goal/health conditions or handouts related to lifestyle support, such as stress management techniques
Simple, healthy and delicious recipe ideas
