This yoghurt breakfast bowl is a delicious and extremely nutritious way to start the day. It’s loaded with healthy fats, protein, fibre and antioxidants. The best thing about it is that it’s so simple to through together. It’s the perfect breakfast for anyone who is limited on time in the morning. To make it even easier you could prepare all the nuts and seeds in a bowl or glass jar at night and the following morning top it with yoghurt and fruit.
- ½ cup berries
- ½ large banana, sliced
- ¼ cup nuts (I use a mix of walnuts and almonds) - swap for seeds to be nut free
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 5-6 tbsps coconut yoghurt or greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey – optional
1. Spoon yoghurt into the bowl then add all the remaining ingredients into the bowl.
NOTE: For a nut free versions swap nuts with seeds.
