These spiced maple pecans are simply delicious. You can enjoy them as a snack, on top of a salad, or you could even give them as a homemade gift, simply add them into a glass jar with a Christmas bow and you’re good to go!
1.5 cups pecans
1/4 cup coconut oil
3 tbsp maple syrup
1.5 tsp cinnamon
Small pinched of all spice
Pre-heat oven to 150 degree celsius. Line a small baking tray with baking paper.
Melt coconut oil over medium heat.
In a small mixing bowl all ingredients together and toss together until pecans are coated with coconut oil, maple and cinnamon.
Place nuts onto a baking paper and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Let the nuts cool down before storing them in an airtight container.
