I created this program for men and women to who want to regain their energy so you can feel alive again, feel motivated and energized, be less stressed, sleep better and feel really good about the way you look and feel.
The outcome of this program is to teach you how to use food as fuel, and learn how simple lifestyle choices can enhance your wellbeing in all areas of your life. I want to ensure you finish the 8 weeks not only feeling energized but feel like you have the necessary tools to continue a healthy lifestyle.

During session one, we will go over the program together, discuss your main health goals and any questions you may have. Session two, three and four we will discuss how you are getting on with the program, and what are the main focus are in the upcoming weeks. I will answer any question you have, I will also offer you further individual support and advice so you can get the most out of the plan via weekly emails or phone calls.
With a small and intimate group, you’ll get lots of one-on-one interaction time when we meet up so you’ll be able to ask me as many questions as you like (so make sure you write them all down!).
$99 for one, or $180 for two – Inc. 4x 1 hour sessions
(An individual consultation usually $150 pp for 1x 90 minute session)
