Happy 5th birthday to my friends at Nuzest! To celebrate I made a delicious cacao mint smoothie bowl using their new Just Fruit & Veg plant-based protein powder. This cacao mint smoothie bowl is thick and creamy; tastes like a chocolate chip milkshake and is packed with all the goods to nourish your body and keep your energy levels high. It's the perfect breakfast, afternoon snack or post-workout treat.
Tip: Make sure your bananas are frozen for the ultimate creamy texture. I like to get my bananas extra ripe, then peel them and stick them into a container to freeze. You can also slice them before freezing if that is easier for you!
