An easy, delicious and refreshing smoothie to enjoy for a quick breakfast or another snack.
1 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp coconut or greek yoghurt
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 serving of protein powder (vanilla protein goes well)
1 handful of baby kale (or spinach)
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water (or unsweetened almond milk - optional to make the smoothie thinner)
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend together until smooth. Enjoy for breakfast or as an afternoon snack.
