Summer is coming! This means we all want to look good, feel great and lose some weight – so it’s time to put steps in place NOW!
The 6 week weight loss program incorporates a healthy and satisfying diet combined with moderate exercise and supplements to support weight loss. This program is based around wholefoods which are going to nourish your body and also support your body's main detoxifying channels to eliminate waste in the body, supporting weight loss.

Skype Call: Week commencing Monday 11th November (individual appointments will be arranged)
- Cost: $255 (or $230 if you have worked with me before or if you bring a friend)
- Location: at my home in Rothesay Bay (you will be sent the address when you sign up)
With a small and intimate group, you’ll get lots of one-on-one interaction time when we meet up so you’ll be able to ask me as many questions as you like (so make sure you write them all down!).
