What's involved in your Initial Consultation?
In this 2 hour session I gather a comprehensive history of your health via a Health Evaluation Form which is sent to you prior to your appointment. During the consult I gather additional information where required. I asses your current diet and complete a QRA kinesiology assessment. You will receive a program tailored specifically to your needs and goals, including a personalised nutrition plan, diet and lifestyle recommendations, recipes and time-saving tips.
Follow up consultation | 45 minutes
Scheduled 3-4 weeks after your initial consultation to monitor your progress. You’ll receive further nutrition and lifestyle support and motivation to identify any necessary changes. Includes a QRA kinesiology assessment to check progress (if needed).
Package Deal | Initial + 2 follows up’s
I highly recommend this! I believe if you really want to improve your overall health and wellness you need to commit to it. Food Diary Analysis | $52
I will send you a food diary to fill out over the course of one week. Once completed you will send it back to me so I can analyze it and see where you may need some additional support. This may include additional protein, fat, carbohydrates, water, pre/post workout fuel, vitamins, minerals, fiber, etc
Pantry overhaul using kinesiology | $56 + travel
Do you need help finding out what food is working for your body and what food isn’t? Kinesiology is extremely effective at identifying foods which may have a ‘weakening’ effect on your body (food sensitivity testing). Often by removing weakening food for a period of time the body is able to restore and heal itself and symptoms disappear. I will come to you and assess you using food in your pantry and refrigerator so you can find out what food is agreeing with your body, and what isn’t. During the consultation we can chat about the importance of nutrition and why certain foods may not be agreeing with you, and what you can substitute them with.
I believe balance is key to maintain a healthy, happy, stress-free life. Many people struggle to find balance with work, diet, lifestyle habits, exercise, sleep habits, stress levels, this is where I come in. I will help you find balance and identify any underlying factors which may be affecting your overall health. A lot of people these days need extra support or guidance, and this is what I can offer you. As a nutritionist and health coach I will address the whole picture. I want to help you on your health journey, and inspire you to live the life you want to lead.
