How I work

My approach to nutrition is realistic, evidence-based and different for every client

I get it, you’ve tried just about everything, but still can’t seem to get the results you’re always promised. You’re confused and exhausted by conflicting advice. Restriction isn’t getting you anywhere. Which is why I help you get to the real cause of your health concern. My advice is centred around your challenges and goals, without relying on rules, fads or quick fixes.

This high-value programme has been designed to fast-track your results. It’ll give you the tools, guidance and support needed to set you up for long-term success. Spaces are limited each month so each client gets the attention they need.

You'll get:

● 1 x 60-90 minute initial consultation
● 4 x 30-45 minute follow-up consultation
● 12x weekly food diary analysis to keep you on track and hold you accountable for your food choices
● 1x personalised nutrition plan catered to your needs and preferences
● 1x personalised meal plan with recipes included
● Blood work analysis where I analyse your health markets (e.g. HBA1C, lipid profile, CRP, nutrient levels, liver function, etc)
● Lifestyle and self-care recommendations
● Personalised supplement recommendations (if required to aid your health, reduce deficiencies, rebuild your body, support health diagnosis, or to fast track results)
● Take home resource sheets related to your health goals/health conditions
● Access to me via email with loads of accountability and support

Payment Options:

● Pay weekly – $125 per week
● Pay monthly – $500 per month
● One off payment – $1,497

Sustainable change happens not by just knowing the what, but also knowing the how and the why. I don’t just give you a plan and leave you to it. Change takes commitment and consistency, which is why I prefer to work with my clients over 12 weeks, offering you the knowledge you need to confidently make the right choices for your body long-term, and the accountability you need to keep you on track.

Specific postpartum advice

Our bodies need the right nutrients to grow and support new life, while looking after ourselves and healing post-pregnancy, too. This is an area I’m passionate about, and I’ve created a 6-week online course to help more mums nourish their bodies.
