This 4-Week Spring Cleanse isn’t about starving your body, fasting, juicing or eating strange food combinations. Why do I need to cleanse?
A high-sugar diet consisting mostly of processed foods creates an acidic internal environment and inflammation in the body. Inflammation = weight gain! A cleanse is about reducing inflammation in the body and removing toxins from your body. Toxins are stored in fat cells. The more toxins stored in your body, the more fat your body needs to hold on to. As soon as you remove these stored toxins, your body will be able to release excess weight.

You will receive simple guidelines regarding diet and lifestyle to give you the support you need during the 4-week spring cleanse experience and beyond.
- Come and join me + 5 other amazing women on Thursday 13th October at 6.30-7.30pm to receive your cleanse guide. We will go over the program together, discuss your main health goals and any questions you may have. You will have the weekend to go over the guide and prepare yourself to start the following Monday.
- The cleanse starts Monday 17th October. Over the following 2 weeks I will stay in touch with you via email to make sure you are on track.
- In week 4 of the cleanse, Thursday 10th November at 6.30-7.30pm we will meet again to discuss how you are all getting on. I will answer any question you have and give you further advice on what to do post cleanse. If you’re feeling SUPER amazing, you may even want to continue for another few weeks!
How much does the program cost?
$150 – this includes 2 meetings at my home plus email support during the 4-week cleanse.
With a small and intimate group, you’ll get lots of one-on-one interaction time when we meet up so you’ll be able to ask me as many questions as you like (so make sure you write them all down!).
