Life is busy, I know! I feel you, I’m often finishing work late and the last thing I can be bothered doing after a long day is making a meal with heaps of ingredients and long cooking times. Being a nutritionist and passionate foodie I’ve learnt a few tips and tricks over the years about how to keep weeknight meals simple, easy and nutritious!
SO, COME JOIN ME FOR A DELICIOUS, COOKERY CLASS MAKING SIMPLE, HEALTHY AND QUICK WEEKNIGHT MEALS.
You’ll learn my go-to tricks for creating satisfying meals that are not only quick but super healthy for any night of the week!
All of the delicious food we will be making is packed with goodness and loaded with health promoting nutrients. The workshop will be followed by a scrumptious sit down meal where you will get to enjoy all the yummy food that’s been made and talk all things wellness.
WHEN: Tuesday 22nd November 2016, 6.30-8.30pm
WHERE: At my home in Northcote Point (you will be sent the address upon registering)
COST: $55 per person (this includes dinner and all food costs)
The class will be super interactive as I want you to learn as much as you can. We will aim to make 5 recipes, which of course we will tuck into after all the hard work is over.
What’s on the menu:
- 5 delicious simple meals - you will receive the recipes on the night.
- All recipes will be gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free.
Please note – if you have any allergies or dietary requirements please let me know in advance of the workshop. There will be some meat dishes, if you are vegetarian I will explain different options that you can have instead of meat, and I'll provide one of these options on the night.
