Especially with some help from a few drops of stevia.

I’ve been drinking this smoothie every morning for a week now and have already noticed a huge difference in the appearance of my skin, eyes (brighter whites and under eye circles look like they’ve disappeared), and I can’t even imagine how my body is benefitting internally.
I love adding green smoothies to my morning routine as they are not only super easy and quick to make but they give me an extra energy boost to help get me through busy morning. They are also a great afternoon-pick me up. You could prepare this in the morning to take with you to enjoy later in the day (I would just swap the chia seeds for flaxseeds so it doesn’t thicken too much).
• 1/3 cucumber, peeled, chopped
• 1 cup spinach or kale
• 1/4 - 1/2 avocado
• 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
• Juice from 1/2 lemon
• 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
• 1 tablespoon chia or flaxseeds
• 6 drops of stevia or 1 tsp raw honey
• 1 teaspoon greens powder (optional)
• 1 scoop vanilla protein (I use Nuzest or Amazonia)
• 2 cups filtered water
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend together until smooth. Pour into a large glass jar and enjoy!
